In my opinion this place is a hidden gem that offers free car park to their customers and a really relaxed and enjoyable evening out, suitable to a variety of social events like birthday parties or just a romantic night out. Some good places to visit such as the trampoline Park and crazy golf, but the main atrium feels soulless and empty. This place has so much potential as an entertainment hub but always feels somewhat lacking. I hear that it is a pelo-go spot at night but we always visit in the daytime.
Overall a fantastic hotel I will highly recommend .Definately pay the Em excesso and book a club room !! A big thank you to Arthur at reception and Nevin in the Club lounge
Slap bang on the heart of the city. Birmingham railway station just up the street, tram stop close by. The Bull ring just around the corner.
Nice place. Great restaurants and play places for children. Good place also for family outings and dinner.
It's a good place to visit. We went to nandos and the serving staff were horrible with along wait time to get in to sit down.
Room wasn’t ready for when we checked in, we travelled back from London and just wanted to chill in the room and relax after a long weekend away. Considering I paid £400 for a regency suite you’d expect it to be ready for the time you’ve paid for. Also I was told I’d get a phone call for when the room was ready and never received one I called the hotel at 630pm to be told then it was ready when check in is supposed to be at 3pm.
..Absolutely zero customer service by being totally ignored by the female bar member with dark hair.. despite me standing at the bar in front of her waiting to be served she looked over me after finishing with her customer and took the order from a tall man behind me????????. I couldn't help but give her a piece of my mind.
This was the venue for my organisation's annual conference. It was easy to get to from the city centre. It's a nice looking building and spacious. The toilets were clean and l had a lovely time in this place.
If it was raining we would have got very very wet!!!! But apart from that still an amazing location and lovely hotel.
The suites are located seis min by walk from click here the railway station, super central with a lot of amenities around.
All good but vue cinema is not clean and my screen so bad and floor so dirty even full on bin star city should take action for vue cinema for safety ,cleaning and services very bad services .i don’t expect services from vue cinema
